Armorer courses are structured to provide each student with a practical understanding of the operation and features of the class titled Firearm.
Armorer training classes are a mixture of classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and on-range live-fire, enabling each student to achieve a high degree of familiarity with the topics covered and running the firearm efficiently.
Topics covered include:
• Nomenclature • Cycle of functioning • Care, cleaning, & lubrication • Preventive & corrective maintenance
• Field & detail stripping
• Reliability adjustments and modifications • Operator use • Special tools & gauges
An abbreviated 1 day Run the Platform class, which is made to instill the fundamentals of efficiency in running the specific firearm platform.
Students have the choice of attending just the Armorer day or both days of Armorer and Run the Platform on the range.
These courses do not certify anyone as a firearms instructor, professional armorer or gunsmith, nor are they factory sponsored.
