  • DMR - Designated Marksmanship Rifle

    Designated Marksmanship Rifle DMR Course.

    This 1or 2 Day Designated Marksmanship Rifle or DMR Course delivers information on the controlled shot. This course is about all the facets needed to run and place accurate shots both under stress in a hurry and settled for a more precision shot. The student will learn what decisions need to be made in every shot, specifically when to make those decisions, and how to carry those decisions out to successfully engage targets from pistol distance out to 200+ yards.

    This class is neither a sniper or patrol rifle type class. This course falls in between both skills.

    Your mind was built to keep you safe and protect you from recoil. However, unless you know how to consciously defy human nature, you may be practicing your own failure in high stress precision shooting events. Do not be the victim of your own mind, gain the knowledge to reach your best accuracy potential...in a hurry.

    If you are looking to up your shot control game with your rifle, check this out. This is not a ballistics or bench shooting course, this is about shot control in less than stable positions in high stress environments. When you understand the information presented in this course, you will know HOW you will shoot EVERY precision shot with control.....for the rest of your life.

    This course will cover proprietary information and drills, including;

    Muzzle Brakes : Due to the possible long term residual effects of their use, from not only the decibel level, but also from the concussion which can lead to possible damage of the inner ear containing an organ which produces nerve impulses in response to sound vibrations, we are no longer allowing them on the range.

    If your brake has the same output as a standard A2, you will be allowed to use it. If not, please exchange or remove your brake prior to arriving at our facility, I have standard flash hiders to use at no cost to you. Contact me ahead of time.
